The Biggest Sale of the Season

The following general terms and conditions apply to all promotions and all sales of La-Z-Boy products during any promotional period:

a. Making a purchase during a promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

b. All promotional pricing discounts are off the normal recommended retail price and available during the promotion period while stocks last.

c. Some products may be subject to delays due to the customisation of our product lines. Please be assured that we will communicate an ETA at the time of purchase and every endeavour will be made to achieve this delivery date.

d. The Retailer may cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or recommence a promotion or the terms and conditions of any promotion at any time and for any reason without notice.

e. The Retailer takes no responsibility for any customer’s inability to participate in a promotion for any reason.

f. Any decisions made by the Retailer in relation to a promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

g. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Retailer, its suppliers and licensors (including Morgan Furniture Int. Limited) and any of their personnel (the “Relevant Parties”) exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, personal injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred in connection with the promotion.

h. Morgan Furniture Int. Limited is not liable or in any way responsible for the conduct, representations, or the performance of obligations of any other person (including without limitation any retailer in respect of any promotion).

i. All personal information collected by the Retailer during a promotion will be collected and stored in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993 and the Retailer’s privacy policy. You have the right to access your personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993. The Retailer may supply the personal information of a customer obtained from that customer to the Relevant Parties, and such personal information may be used by a Relevant Party in the conduct of the promotion and to provide services and marketing materials in the future.

“The Biggest Sale of the Season” Claim

For the purpose of this promotion, “season” refers to the April pre-Autumn promotional period within the La-Z-Boy New Zealand marketing calendar. The advertised 30% off storewide offer represents the highest discount level and longest continuous promotional duration scheduled by La-Z-Boy during this defined seasonal period. No other offer within this season exceeds this discount percentage or campaign length.
