Breakfast Berry Smoothie

Sometimes we find ourselves too busy to make breakfast before we head off for the day, but with a smoothie, it’s a great brekkie for on the go! Try this next time you’re about to head out the door. 
 
Serves 2  
DF, GF, Vegan, Refined sugar-free  
 
Ingredients 
2 bananas  
2 cups organic frozen blueberries  
1 tablespoon flaxseed  
1 tablespoon almond butter  
3 tablespoons protein powder (optional)  
2 cups unsweetened plant milk  
 
Method 
1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. 
 
 
2. Pour into two tall glasses and top with extra blueberries.
